My focus is helping people connect with themselves on their healing journey. I use the universal healing modality of Usui Reiki to support you along this path. WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese term that means “Universal Life Energy” and is the energy that is around and within all living things. Reiki treatment is a simple process, but can have profound effects.

Beyond healing, Reiki can promote a positive mind and healthy body – an increase in joy in life.

It can take time for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self to be brought back into balance.

Reiki treatment may:

dissolve energy blocks
promote natural balance between mind, body, and spirit
increase energy levels
create deep relaxation and release tension
improve focus

accelerate healing
reduce blood pressure
help relieve pain
support the immune system
spiritual growth and emotional cleansing

Currently I am offering primarily online Reiki sessions of:

30-minutes

For those that would prefer to meet in person please email me about availability. I offer in person options only on Monday and Thursdays, Booking is required two weeks in advance minimum.

I am a Certified Reiki Master offering energy healing and wellness services designed to support your well-being.

My Reiki sessions are available primarily online, allowing you to receive healing in the comfort of your own space. I also provide in-person sessions in Hamilton and the surrounding areas.
