I am a Level 2 Usui Reiki Practitioner in the Hamilton Area. I moved to Hamilton from Toronto just over two years ago and feel as though this is truly "home" with so much natural beauty nearby. Nature helps me to feel more connected to the Universal energy that is all around us.

My Journey

My path to becoming a Reiki practitioner has not been a straight one. I have always been interested in alternative medicine and spirituality, but thought of this as more of a hobby.

A few years ago, I sustained a traumatic injury that left me unable to work for a period of time. During this time, I started with many traditional Western medicine therapies, and they did help to a degree... however, I started to look more to alternative therapies to see if they could help with my recovery.

I rediscovered Reiki and other alternative therapies that helped with my recovery in tandem with traditional Western medicine.

This led me to follow my calling of learning Reiki level 1 and 2 so that I could learn to use this universal energy to not only help myself but to help others in their healing journey. I hope to help you as well.
