You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes, resulting directly or indirectly from the mind-body coaching or reiki treatment process.

Confidentiality:

I am committed to keeping all contacts, information and records confidential, except in cases required by law. From time to time, information may be shared with other professionals for feedback purposes, however the client, along with any other identifying information, will always remain anonymous.

Medical Disclaimer (for Reiki incorporated in sessions):

As the client, you understand that Reiki is a Japanese form of relaxation. You understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving.

Limitation of Liability:

You agree that Natural Energy Healing with Maria shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the Reiki (and any other) services provided. This limit of liability covers claims based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, and any other legal theory. This protection covers all losses including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages, personal injury / wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from use of the services.

Missed Appointment:

Please provide 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment start are non-refundable.

Payment:

Payment is due upon booking. Sessions are non-refundable, however they are transferable.
